Cold-chain & dispatch
Our intended operating standard for handling temperature-sensitive research materials — written conservatively, with every unconfirmed capability marked as pending rather than advertised.
- Dispatch target — to be confirmed
- Tracked delivery — pending carrier confirmation
- Cold-chain handling standard — in preparation
- Stock status — not published
What the standard covers
These are the practices the operation is being built around. They are described as standards and targets, not as guarantees.
Storage of lyophilised material
Sealed lyophilised vials are held refrigerated and protected from light as the working standard. A specific freezer temperature is only published once that equipment is in operation and monitored.
Insulated outbound packaging
The intended dispatch standard is an insulated shipper with coolant packs sized to the transit window, with the vial protected against physical shock. This becomes a live claim when fulfilment starts.
Temperature excursions
Receiving laboratories are asked to record the condition of the consignment on arrival. Where an excursion is suspected, report it before opening or using the material so the batch record can be annotated.
Dispatch and tracking
Carrier, cutoff time, destinations and tracking are held in a single configuration file and published only once contracted, so no two pages can state different cutoffs.
Operational facts — current state
Each row is a switch in one configuration file. Nothing appears as a live capability until that switch is turned on by Ascetic Pharma.

No validated data logger programme is in operation, so no in-transit temperature record is claimed.
Dispatch windows are published once fulfilment is live and a cutoff is confirmed.
Carrier and tracking arrangements are published once contracted.
Insulated packaging and coolant handling are the intended operating standard; they are not claimed as in force yet.
International temperature-controlled consignments are not offered at this time.
No blanket free-reship guarantee is offered; each report is assessed against the evidence supplied.
Reporting a temperature or damage issue
Report a damaged, delayed or warm consignment through the resolution flow with the batch number, the reference number and photographs of the outer packaging, the coolant and the vial before it is handled further.
Nothing on this page is a delivery promise or a contractual commitment. Cold-chain capabilities are published only once the corresponding operation is configured and confirmed.
