Cordyceps is the mushroom most closely tied to movement, altitude and endurance folklore — it entered the modern conversation through Himalayan traditional use and later through the CS-4 strain, a cultivated Cordyceps sinensis mycelium that made a historically scarce ingredient reproducible and traceable.
This is the strain MUSHEEZ use here. The extract is certified organic and standardised on four separate markers — more than 20% beta-glucans, more than 30% polysaccharides, more than 0.5% adenosine and more than 10% protein — which is unusually detailed for a liquid mushroom extract and makes batch-to-batch comparison meaningful.
It is alcohol-free, contains no glycerol, and is bottled in Estonia in the same 100 ml violet glass format as the rest of the liquid range. Most people take it in the first half of the day, before training or before a physically demanding shift, as part of an active-lifestyle routine.
