This one is made with 100% certified organic lion's mane fruiting bodies — the white, cascading mushroom that grows on hardwood and has been eaten and brewed in East Asia for centuries. Nothing is bulked out with grain-grown mycelium, and the taste is clean and mildly nutty rather than harsh.
